Typography with Adam Greiss

This Spring I took a type class at the School of Visual Arts. Prior to this class I was mostly self-educated. I read most of Robert Bringhurst's Elements of Typographic Style as well as Ellen Lupton's Thinking with Type to try to make up for my lack of formal education and the books were pretty helpful. However after taking the class I realize that self study, while important, is no substitute for the weekly critiques and input from a well established designer. Here's some of my work from the class.
